Please review before booking your appointment:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.

• We understand that life happens—please reach out if you’re experiencing an emergency.
